• Payments are processed securely, and we do not store full payment details.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

• We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with notice to subscribers.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription payments for SurveyPro AI are non-refundable. SurveyPro AI is a digital service offering immediate access to a customized AI system and carefully curated technical knowledge bases. Due to the nature of instant access to proprietary digital content, we do not offer refunds once a subscription purchase has been completed. Users are encouraged to review service details carefully before subscribing.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair service quality for all users:

• Each subscription includes an initial limit of 200 queries per month.

• A short interval between queries is enforced to maintain system stability.

• We may adjust limits based on overall system usage and demand.

• Excessive usage, misuse, or abuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SurveyPro AI only for lawful, professional, and ethical purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit, upload, or share any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content;

All intellectual property rights in and to SurveyPro AI, including but not limited to its configuration, design, curated knowledge bases, customized AI training, website content, branding, and overall service presentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Building Surveying Excellence Academy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use SurveyPro AI for personal or professional purposes consistent with your subscription, but you do not acquire any ownership rights in the service or its underlying intellectual property. Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, reproduction, or modification of SurveyPro AI or its content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
